Opening of “Jewelry for Architecture. Webs of Light and Movement in the Air”
On October 10 at 6 pm, MAPI opens “Jewelry for Architecture. Webs of Light and Movement in the Air,” an installation by artist Gustavo Genta that establishes a direct dialogue with the museum’s architectural space.
The work unfolds like a suspended torrent, a subtle structure that transforms the solidity of marble into a vibrant body made of light, movement and tensed fragility. Genta builds an organic system that seems to float and drift through the air, inviting visitors to perceive the building with a new sensibility.

The opening is an invitation to discover how delicacy can become strength and how a work can inhabit the museum and make it resonate in a new way. We look forward to sharing this encounter with the artist and celebrating a new exhibition opening.
