Cooking with Green Plantain at the MAPI
The Museum of Pre-Columbian and Indigenous Art (MAPI) and the Embassy of Ecuador in Uruguay are pleased to invite the public to a cooking course-workshop starring one of the most versatile and traditional ingredients of Ecuadorian cuisine: green plantain.
In this culinary experience, participants will learn about the many ways to prepare this essential ingredient of Ecuadorian gastronomy, exploring recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.
