MAPI will host a new edition of the XXXIX International Organ Festival of Uruguay, under the artistic direction of Maestra Cristina García Benegas, one of the key figures in promoting the organ nationally and internationally.

On this occasion, the festival will feature two outstanding artists from France:

Michel Bodec — Chamber Organs
Julliette Bettencourt — Contemporary Dance

The proposal establishes an unusual and fascinating dialogue between music and movement, in which the organ intertwines with contemporary dance to create a unique sensory and scenic experience. A crossing of disciplines that highlights the museum’s musical, architectural and artistic heritage.
